About Anissaras

|
Anissaras is located at the east coast of Crete close to the famous touristic resort of Hersonissos. In contrast to the neighbouring Hersonissos, Anissaras is much quieter while there are plenty of restaurants, shops and sport facilities such as catamaran, wind surfing, mountain bike tours, tennis, golf, basketball and volleyball. What is more, is that Anissaras is suitable for scuba diving and snorkeling because of its partly rocky seabed.
At the beach there are facilities for swimming and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, showers) while if you want to have more privacy, you can go at the end of the beach.
Anissaras can be reached by frequent bus services from Heraklion. |
